Special Meeting: New Chelsea Montrose High-Rise

Please join MAMA members and neighbors for a special meeting with Michael Goodwin of SLR, the developer of the Chelsea Montrose high-rise which is underway on Chelsea Boulevard, just to the east of Chelsea Market.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 6, at 7 p.m at the Italian Cultural and Community Center, 1101 Milford.

MAMA president Allen Ueckert has been in communication with the developers about  traffic patterns, quality of life and construction issues. The meeting Tuesday will offer neighbors an opportunity to bring their questions and concerns forward. MAMA hopes to forge a positive, productive partnership with the developers of the property to address any issues that may arise during and after construction as well as how we can work together to improve our neighborhood.
